1. CANCELLATION AND CHANGE DEADLINES

A. For purchases under $500, not affected by severe weather events

For a full refund, the deadline to submit your request is 9am, Central Time 30 days prior to delivery.

Orders cancelled or changed after this deadline are subject to a cancellation charge of 100% of the order value, depending on the extent of preparations made for the order. A store credit will be issued for 25% -100%

We are normally unable to cancel or change an order on the date of delivery.

B. For purchases over $500, not affected by severe weather events

For a full refund, the deadline to submit your request is 9am, Central Time 30 days prior to delivery.

Requests received after this deadline are subject to a cancellation charge 50%- 100% of the order value, depending on the extent of preparations made for the order.

A store credit or exchange will be given, exchanges cannot be requested on the day of delivery at least 72 hrs notice is needed for any and all exchanges.

We are normally unable to cancel or change an order on the date of delivery.

2. HOW TO CANCEL AND CHANGE 
Please send your request by email to info@balloontown.net Please consider your order canceled or changed only when you have received a confirmation by email.

3. SEVERE WEATHER POLICY

In the event of forecasted severe weather, a local Balloon Town manager will contact the customer the day prior to delivery to reconfirm, postpone, or cancel/refund the order.

Balloon Town is not able to change or cancel an order if the request is made on the delivery date.

If Balloon Town is unable to deliver an order due to inclement weather, the customer will be notified as soon as possible to arrange rescheduling or cancellation and refund.

4.Refund Policy

No refunds are given, if Balloon Town and/or the client has to cancel due to incliment/severe weather, or the client moves the party date with 72 hr notice and Balloon Town is not available on the new date requested a delivery the day before will be requested, if the day before is not feasible to the client/ and or Balloon Town than a store credit will be issued for up to one year from the date. if the party is moved without 72hr notice there will be no refund or store credit available.

5.Delivery Policy

If a delivery is made on the day requested and the delivery is refused for any reason/reasons no store credit nor refund will be issued. Any delivery made before regular store hours will be charged an extra fee depending on the location of the delivery an extra fee of $50 or more per hour before may apply according to the location.

6. Deposit

ALL orders must be paid for in full at least one day before delivery by Cash, Valid Business Check,Money Order, Paid invoice or Credit Card . There is a $50 charge on all returned checks. Deposits are non-refundable

Balloons and or designs may vary from pictures sent from others work we will match as close as possible to the design and colors requested. But exact colors and design in the pictures are not guaranteed if it is not Balloon Towns own work. when purchasing you agree to these terms and conditions.
